How To Update Microsite Information

While the Visual Editor is great for making visual updates, most of the information on your microsite(s) can be managed simply by updating the information that is saved to your account’s microsite profile(s).

How To Update Your Own Microsite Information

There are two ways to update your own microsite information:

If you're part of a team plan and you are not an account admin or manager, it is possible that you cannot manage your own contact information under your company's account settings.

If this is the case, you can send update requests directly to your company’s OneTapConnect account admin from the My Card page of your account dashboard or from the Edit Profile menu of the mobile app.

From Your Account Dashboard

Head to the My Card page near the top-left corner of your account dashboard, then click "Edit profile information." Provided you are not restricted from accessing this page under your company's account settings, any changes you make and save will be instantly reflected on your live microsite.

From the OneTapConnect Mobile App

From the My Card tab of the OneTapConnect mobile app, tap "Edit profile," then tap "General," "About Me," or "Lead Capture" to open forms where you can easily update your microsite information. Provided you are not restricted from accessing this page under your company's account settings, any updates you make and save to these fields will be immediately reflected on your live microsite.

How To Update Someone Else’s Microsite Information

If you are an admin or manager of your company’s OneTapConnect account, you can easily manage your microsites’ information from your OneTapConnect account Dashboard.

Here’s how it works:
  1. Head to the Users page.
  2. Click the name of the user whose microsite you would like to update, then click “Edit profile information.” This will take you to a series of forms where you can update that user’s microsite information as needed.
  3. Click "save" when you're finished, and any changes you’ve made will be instantly reflected on that user’s live microsite.

You may notice that some microsite information fields are greyed out and displayed “for informational purposes only,” but if you’d like, you can unlock these company information fields to enable personalizations on a microsite-by-microsite basis.
