How To Create Additional Company Accounts
Own or Represent Multiple Companies? Add a Second Company Account to Your OneTapConnect Dashboard
If you’re an existing OneTapConnect user who owns or represents multiple companies, you can create a new company account directly from your OneTapConnect dashboard.
Simply click your user account profile picture (or initials) near the top-right corner of the screen, then select “Create new company” to get started.
This will prompt you to enter some basic information about your new company account, then proceed to checkout to finalize your purchase as the official owner and SuperAdmin of that new account.
Company accounts are considered separate entities on OneTapConnect. As such, any company accounts you are associated with will have their own unique subscription, billing details, account information, settings and configuration.
However, if you create additional accounts from your user dashboard using the above method, you can easily switch between company accounts on both the dashboard and the OneTapConnect mobile application.
