How To Create Additional Company Accounts

Own or represent multiple companies? Add another company account to your OneTapConnect user account

If you’re an existing OneTapConnect user who owns or represents multiple companies, you can create a new company account on your account dashboard. This would enable you to access and manage two separate company accounts using the same user account and login information.

How to add a company account to your OneTapConnect user account

  1. Log in to your OneTapConnect account dashboard.
  2. Click your initials or profile picture, then click Create New Company.
  3. Enter some basic information about your new company account, then proceed to checkout.
  4. Customize your new company's subscription and add-ons, then finalize your purchase.

Company accounts are considered separate entities on OneTapConnect. Each company account has its own subscription, billing details, account information, settings, and configurations, but you can switch between company accounts on your account dashboard and the OneTapConnect mobile app.
