How To Switch Between Companies When You’re Associated with More Than One

Have Microsites with Different Companies or Multiple Accounts to Manage? Switch Between Companies to Access Everything in One Place!

If you have more than one microsite belonging to more than one company, or if you’re an admin or manager who is associated with more than one account, you can easily switch between companies to access everything you need from a single account dashboard.

To do this, simply use the company name dropdown to view and select any one of the companies that are associated with your user account. This dropdown is located at the very top of every page on the mobile application, and near the top-left corner on every page of your account dashboard.

Because company accounts are considered separate entities on OneTapConnect, each company exists as its own kind of profile with unique settings and configurations. Depending on your role and access level within a given company, these differences may be reflected in what you can and can't see when you switch between companies using the company name dropdown.

In order to switch between companies, your user account must be associated with more than one company account.

To associate your user account with a new company account, you must log in and link when you accept your email invitation to join that new company’s team on OneTapConnect.

Otherwise, you will be considered a new user without prior associations, and you will not be able to switch between companies from your mobile app or dashboard.
