Understanding Your OneTapConnect Identity Profile Analytics

Use detailed analytics to track your reach and gain insight into your identity profile performance and activity

You can gain valuable insights into how your identity profile is performing by regularly reviewing your OneTapConnect analytics. This information can help you optimize your information, increase engagement, and expand your network more effectively.

What do OneTapConnect analytics track?

1. Users

Definition: This metric tracks the number of different people who have visited your identity profile. Each user is counted only once, no matter how many times they view your profile.

Why it matters: Tracking the number of Users who have seen your identity profile helps you understand your reach and overall engagement.

2. Page Views

Definition: This metric tracks the number of times your identity profile has been viewed. Each visit is counted as a separate Page View, even if the same user views your identity profile more than once.

Why it matters: Tracking Page Views helps you measure the total amount of traffic to your identity profile.

3. Views per User

Definition: This metric tracks the average number of times each unique user has viewed your identity profile. It is calculated by dividing your identity profile's Page Views by your identity profile's Users metrics.

Why it matters: A higher number indicates that more users are visiting your identity profile more than once, which can signify strong engagement or interest in the information you’ve shared.

4. Share Event Counts

Definition: This metric tracks the number of times your identity profile was shared as a referral by visitors using the Share button on your identity profile. It does not count the times you've shared your own identity profile using the Share buttons on your account dashboard or mobile app.

Why it matters: Shares are a great indicator of how engaging and valuable your content is to others. The more shares and referrals, the wider your identity profile's exposure.

5. Event Counts

Definition: This metric tracks users' interactions with your identity profile, including call-to-action, social media, and contact button clicks.

Why it matters: High Event Counts indicate that users are actively engaging with your identity profile, which can suggest stronger connections and more qualified leads.

6. Average Engagement Time per User

Definition: This metric tracks the amount of time each user spends viewing your identity profile. It stops counting after 15 seconds of inactivity.

Why it matters: A longer Average Engagement Time indicates that users find your identity profile content valuable and worth exploring in detail.
