How To View Order Details and Invoices

If you are the owner or administrator of your account, you can view a list of orders associated with your account on your OneTapConnect account dashboard.

How to view order details or download invoices to your device

1. Log in to your OneTapConnect account dashboard.
2. Go to Account & Billing, then click Orders.
3.  Click View or use the download icon to save a copy of an order's invoice to your device.

Orders are automatically sorted by date, with your most recent order at the top of the list.
