How To Use the Share Button

Share your microsite by text, email, social media or QR code

What the Share button does

The Share button has built-in functions that enable you to share your microsite by text message, email, or social media using prewritten, autopopulated messages designed to streamline the process.

To share your microsite without prewritten messages:

Use the links listed above for more information on different ways to share your microsite.

Share your microsite on your mobile app or account dashboard

As a OneTapConnect user, you can access the Share button from a few different places, including the My Card page of your account dashboard and the My Card tab on the Cards menu of the OneTapConnect mobile app.

The people whom you share your microsite with can only access the Share button that is located on your microsite itself. For this reason, the Share button on your microsite is designed for someone else to share your information as a referral.

This distinction is important because different messages are autopopulated depending on how the Share button is accessed. If you are the owner or administrator of your account, you can configure these messages on the Share/Referral tab of the Settings page on your account dashboard.

Share someone else's microsite or get client referrals

The Share button on your microsite enables friends, family, clients and colleagues to share your microsite as a referral, and these referrals can be tracked under Share event counts in your microsite analytics.

If you're part of a team plan and your administrator has not blocked this access, you can view and share the microsites of other members of your team from the Team Cards tab on the Cards menu of the OneTapConnect mobile app.
