Upgrade from a Professional to a Team Plan on OneTapConnect

Upgrading from a professional to a team plan will give you all the tools you need to manage multiple users’:
- Profiles and information
- Digital cards
- Smart Accessories
- and more!
Not only would this give you full access to manage every aspect of your account from one unique, admin dashboard, but you would also be able to add or deactivate team members anytime, track your users’ analytics on a team-by-team or user-by-user basis, and even create multiple design templates to assign to different users on your account.
To upgrade from a professional plan to a team plan, head to the Account & Billing page, then click “Change plan” under the box that says “Professional.” This will open a popup where you can upgrade to a team plan with as many user licenses as you need.
Upgrading to a team plan will give you a new billing cycle that starts today. Any unused days left in your previous billing cycle will be credited to your account and automatically applied at checkout.
