How To Upgrade to a Team Plan
Upgrading from a Professional Plan to a Team Plan gives you all the tools and access you need to manage multiple users' microsites and information from the same account dashboard.
How to upgrade from a Professional plan to a Team Plan:
- Log in to your OneTapConnect account dashboard.
- Go to Account & Billing.
- Click Change Plan.
- Under the Team Plan option, click + to add additional user licenses as needed, then click Select Plan.
- Complete the checkout process to finalize your upgrade to a Team Plan.
Upgrading to a Team Plan will give you a new billing cycle that starts today. Any unused days left in your previous billing cycle will be credited to your account and automatically applied at checkout.
