How to Update Your User Account Login Email in OneTapConnect

A OneTapConnect user account can be linked to multiple company profiles (workspaces), making it easy to switch between them. Here’s a step-by-step guide to help you update your login email and ensure uninterrupted access to your profiles.

Please note that your login email is separate from the email displayed in your identity profile (microsite). Changing your login email will not update the email shown on your digital card, and vice versa.

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Log into Your Account
Start by logging into your OneTapConnect account with your current credentials.

2. Access user Account
Once logged in, navigate to the top-right corner of your dashboard. There, you will see your account profile image or, if no image is uploaded, your initials.

Click on your profile image or initial. A dropdown menu will appear. Select "Manage Accounts" from the options.

3. Edit Your Login Email
In the "Login & Security" section, you will see your current verified login email. Click the "Edit" button to update it. A popup will appear allowing you to update the email address.

4. Confirm the Change
Once you enter the new email, we will send a confirmation email to that address. You must click the link in the email to validate the change. After confirmation, your login will be updated.

 

 

Switching to Google Login (Optional)
If you prefer, you can also switch to logging in with Google by selecting that option in the same section.
