How To Manage Your Subscription

Manage your billing cycle, enable/disable auto-renewal, or cancel or reactivate your OneTapConnect subscription

If you are the owner or admin of your account, you can manage your subscription and update your account and billing information on your OneTapConnect account dashboard.

How to manage your billing cycle

OneTapConnect is a digital subscription service with month-to-month and annual billing cycle options. Monthly plans are great if you prioritize flexibility over cost, but you will get a lower effective monthly rate with an annual plan.

To switch to a different billing cycle:

  1. Go to Subscription & Add-Ons on the Account & Billing page. 
  2. Click Update Billing Cycle.
  3. Use the checkbox to confirm, then click Pay and Update Billing Cycle.

Changing the frequency of your billing cycle will start a new cycle that begins today. Any unused days left in your previous billing cycle will be automatically credited to your account.

How to disable or enable auto-renewal

Unless you manually disable or request that we disable your auto-renewal after purchasing, your subscription will be set to automatically renew either monthly or annually (depending on your current billing cycle).

To disable auto-renewal for your subscription:

  1. Go to Subscription & Add-Ons on the Account & Billing page. 
  2. Click Disable Auto-Renewal.
  3. Use the checkbox to confirm, then click Cancel Auto-Renewal.

To enable auto-renewal for your subscription:

  1. Go to Subscription & Add-Ons on the Account & Billing page. 
  2. Click Enable Auto-Renewal.
  3. Use the checkbox to confirm, then click Start Auto-Renewal.

How to update your payment method(s)

    The last four digits of your primary payment method are listed under Payment method on the Subscription & Add-Ons tab on the Account & Billing page.

      How to cancel your subscription

      1. Go to Subscription & Add-Ons on the Account & Billing page. 
      2. Click Manage Subscription, then select Cancel Subscription.
      3. Use the checkbox to confirm, then click Cancel Subscription.

      Cancelling your subscription will cancel your next renewal and schedule your microsite(s) to be automatically deactivated at the end of your current billing cycle.

      How to reactivate your subscription

      1. Log in to your OneTapConnect account dashboard.
      2. Go to Subscription & Add-Ons on the Account & Billing page. If your subscription is deactivated and you only have one company account on OneTapConnect, you will be automatically directed to this page upon logging in.
      3. Click Manage Subscription, then select Reactivate Subscription.
      4. Use the checkbox to confirm, then click Resume Subscription to pay and reactivate your subscription.

      It may take a few moments for this change to be reflected in your account.
