How To Manage Your Subscription (Premier)
Adjust Your Billing Cycle, Enable/Disable Auto-Renewal or Cancel/Reactivate Your Subscription on OneTapConnect
If you are the owner or admin of your account, you can manage your subscription and update your account and billing information anytime from your OneTapConnect account dashboard.
Adjust Your Billing Cycle
OneTapConnect is a digital subscription service with month-to-month and annual billing cycle options. Monthly plans are great if you prioritize flexibility over cost, but you'll enjoy a lower effective monthly rate by choosing the annual plan.
To switch to a different billing cycle, head to the Subscription & Add-Ons tab of the Account & Billing page. Then, click the orange “Update billing cycle” text under your current billing cycle to open a popup where you can confirm and complete the change.
Changing the frequency of your billing cycle will give you a new billing cycle that starts today. Any unused days left in your previous billing cycle will be automatically credited to your account.
Enable or Disable Auto-Renewal
Unless you manually disable or request that we disable your auto-renewal after purchasing, your subscription will be set to automatically renew either monthly or annually (depending on your current billing cycle).
You can disable or re-enable your auto-renewal anytime on the Subscription & Add-Ons tab of the Account & Billing page. Simply click the orange text under the date of your next payment to open a popup where you can confirm and complete the change.
Update Your Payment Method
You can see the last four digits of your primary payment method listed under "Payment method" on the Subscription & Add-Ons tab of the Account & Billing page.
This primary payment method is the default method used to pay for subscription renewals, service add-ons, Smart Accessories and other purchases made on your account.

Cancel Your Subscription
You can cancel your OneTapConnect subscription anytime. Simply head to the Subscription & Add-Ons tab of the Account & Billing page, then use the “Manage subscription” dropdown menu and select “Cancel subscription” to cancel.
Cancelling your subscription will cancel your next renewal and schedule your digital card(s) to be automatically deactivated at the end of your current billing cycle.
Reactivate Your Subscription
Even if your subscription and digital card(s) have been deactivated for some time, you can log in to your account and pay to reactivate your subscription anytime.
If your subscription is deactivated and you only have one company account on OneTapConnect, you will be automatically directed to the Account & Billing page upon logging in.
If that's not the case, head to the Subscription & Add-Ons tab of the Account & Billing page, then use the “Manage subscription” dropdown menu and select “Reactivate subscription.” This will open a popup where you can review the amount due and confirm to reactivate your subscription.
It may take a few moments for this change to be reflected on your account, but if you refresh the page, you should see that the left-hand sidebar has been unlocked and your subscription and digital card(s) have been reactivated!
