How To Install and Log In to the OneTapConnect Mobile App

A quick guide with instructions and videos to help iPhone and Android users install and log in to the the OneTapConnect mobile app

How to download the OneTapConnect mobile app:

iPhone users: get it on the Apple App Store

  1. Open the Apple App Store.
  2. Use the search bar to search for "OneTapConnect."
  3. Locate the OneTapConnect app in the search results, then tap Get. Once the download is complete, the OneTapConnect app icon will appear on your home screen.

Android users: get it on the Google Play Store

  1. Open the Google Play Store.
  2. Use the search bar to search for "OneTapConnect."
  3. Locate the OneTapConnect app in the search results, then tap Install. Once the download is complete, the OneTapConnect app icon will appear on your home screen.

How to log in to the OneTapConnect mobile app:

  1. Open the OneTapConnect mobile app.
  2. Enter the email address that is associated with your user account, and we’ll send a one-time passcode (OTP) to your email inbox. 
  3. Enter the OTP into the app, then tap Verify OTP to log in.

Once you've logged in, you can start using the mobile app to share your microsite, connect your NFC Smart Accessories,  track your microsite analytics, and unlock the full potential of OneTapConnect.
