# How To Install and Log In to the OneTapConnect Mobile App

## A quick guide with instructions and videos to help iPhone and Android users install and log in to the the OneTapConnect mobile app

### How to download the OneTapConnect mobile app

#### iPhone users: [Get it on the Apple App Store](https://apps.apple.com/us/app/one-tap-connect/id6670749082)

1. Open the Apple App Store on your iPhone.
2. Use the search bar to search for "OneTapConnect."
3. Locate the OneTapConnect app in the search results, then tap **Get**. Once the download is complete, the OneTapConnect app icon will appear on your home screen.

#### Android users: [Get it on the Google Play Store](https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.onetapconnect)

1. Open the Google Play Store on your Android device.
2. Use the search bar to search for "OneTapConnect."
3. Locate the OneTapConnect app in the search results, then tap **Install**. Once the download is complete, the OneTapConnect app icon will appear on your home screen.

### How to log in to the OneTapConnect mobile app

1. Open the OneTapConnect mobile app.
2. Enter the email address that is associated with your user account, and we’ll send a *one-time passcode* (OTP) to your email inbox. 
3. Enter the OTP into the app, then tap **Verify OTP** to log in.
