How to Get Your Microsite QR Code(s)

OneTapConnect microsite QR codes can be downloaded as either PNG or SVG files for print and digital marketing purposes.

Both file types have their benefits; PNG files are best for web graphics with sharp, clean edges, whereas SVG files can be scaled to any size without compromising quality. 

How to download your own microsite's QR code

How to download your QR code on your account dashboard:

1. Log in to your OneTapConnect account dashboard.
2. Go to My Card.
3. Click Download QR Code.
4. Select a file format to save a copy of your microsite's QR code to your device.

How to download your QR code on the mobile app:

1. Open the OneTapConnect mobile app.
2. Go to Cards, then tap Share.
3. Tap Download QR Code to save a copy of your microsite's QR code to your device.

How to download someone else's QR code (Team Plans Only)

How to download QR codes on your account dashboard as an administrator or manager

1. Log in to your OneTapConnect account dashboard.
   
2. Go to Users.
3. Click the name of the user/microsite you need to download a QR code for.
4. Click Download QR Code.
5. Select a file format to save a copy of that microsite's QR code to your device.

How to download QR codes as a team member on the mobile app

1. Open the OneTapConnect mobile app.
2. Go to Cards, then tap Team Cards.
3. Locate and open the dropdown of the user/microsite you need to download a QR code for.
4. Tap Share.
5. Tap Download QR Code to save a copy of that microsite's QR code to your device.
