How To Add or Update Your Profile Picture

Whether you’re networking in person or sharing your microsite remotely, adding a profile picture to your microsite is an effective way to personalize your microsite and foster confidence from the start.

If you're part of a Team Plan and you are not an account administrator or manager, it is possible that you cannot manage your own contact information, including your profile picture, under your company's account settings.

If this is the case, you can send update requests directly to your company’s OneTapConnect account administrator from the My Card page of your account dashboard or from the Edit Profile menu of the mobile app.

How to upload or update your profile picture on your account dashboard

  1. Log in to your OneTapConnect account dashboard.
  2. Go to My Card, then click Edit Profile Information.
  3. Click the image uploader (or your existing profile picture), then click Add a New Image to select an image from your account's media library or upload a new photo from your device.
  4. Click Save to update your live microsite.

How to upload or update your profile picture on the mobile app

  1. Open the OneTapConnect mobile app, then tap Cards.
  2. On the My Card tab, tap Edit profile > General.
  3. Tap the image uploader (or your existing profile picture), then tap Add a New Image to select an image from your account's media library or upload a new photo from your device.
  4. Tap Save to update your live microsite.
