How To Add or Update Your Profile Picture

Whether you’re networking in person or sharing your microsite remotely, adding a profile picture to your microsite is a quick and effective way to personalize your microsite and foster confidence from the start.

If you're part of a team plan and you are not an account admin or manager, it is possible that you cannot manage your own contact information, including your profile picture, under your company's account settings.

If this is the case, you can send update requests directly to your company’s OneTapConnect account admin from the My Card page of your account dashboard or from the Edit Profile menu of the mobile app.

To upload or update your profile picture on your account dashboard:

  1. Go to My Card, then click Edit profile information.
  2. Click the image uploader (or your existing profile picture), then click Add a new image to select an image from your account's media library or upload a new photo from your device.
  3. Click Save to update your live microsite.

To upload or update your profile picture on the OneTapConnect mobile app

  1. Go to My Card > Edit profile > General.
  2. Tap the image uploader (or your existing profile picture), then tap Add a new image to select an image from your account's media library or upload a new photo from your device.
  3. Tap Save to update your live microsite.
