How To Add or Update Your Profile Picture
Whether you’re networking in person or sharing your microsite from afar, adding a profile picture to your microsite is a quick and effective way to personalize your microsite and foster confidence from the start.
They say, “you never get a second chance at a first impression,” which is why adding a profile picture to your OneTapConnect microsite is as easy as it is essential!
There are two ways to add a profile picture to your microsite:
- From the microsite contact information page on your account dashboard
- From the My Card tab of the OneTapConnect mobile application
If you're part of a team plan and you are not an account admin or manager, it is possible that you cannot manage your own contact information, including your profile picture, under your company's account settings.
If this is the case, you can send update requests directly to your company’s OneTapConnect account admin from the My Card page of your account dashboard or from the Edit Profile menu of the mobile app.
Upload or Update from Your Account Dashboard
Head to the My Card page near the top-left corner of your account dashboard, then click "Edit profile information." Provided you are not restricted from accessing this page under your company's account settings, any changes you make and save to these this page will be instantly reflected on your live microsite.
To add or update your profile picture, simply click anywhere in the image uploader box (or your existing profile picture), then click "Add a new image" to either select an image from your company's media library or upload a new photo directly from your device. Make sure to click "save," and that's it!
Upload or Update from the OneTapConnect Mobile App
From the My Card tab of the OneTapConnect mobile app, tap "Edit profile," then tap "General" to open a menu where you can update your microsite contact information. Provided you are not restricted from accessing this page under your company's account settings, any updates you make and save to these fields will be immediately reflected on your live microsite.
Scroll to the bottom of the page, then tap anywhere in the image uploader box (or your existing profile picture) to either select an image from your company's media library or upload a new photo directly from your device. Once you've made your selection, make sure to tap "save," and you're done!
