How To Add Your Microsite's QR Code to Your Phone's Home Screen

Adding a widget containing your microsite's QR code to your phone's home screen enables you to share your microsite directly from your home screen.

You will need to download and log in to the OneTapConnect mobile app to add a QR code widget to your phone's home screen. If you haven't already, you can download the OneTapConnect mobile app using the appropriate link below:

How to add a OneTapConnect QR code widget to your home screen

Instructions for iPhone users:

  1. Ensure you are logged in to the OneTapConnect mobile app.
  2. Go to your phone's home screen.
  3. Touch and hold any empty background space until the apps begin to jiggle.
  4. Tap Edit at the top of the screen, then tap Add Widget.
  5. Search for "One Tap Connect," then tap Add Widget.
  6. While still in jiggle mode, drag the widget to where you need it on your home screen, then tap Done.

Instructions for Android users:

  1. Ensure you are logged in to the OneTapConnect mobile app.
  2. Go to your phone's home screen.
  3. Touch and hold any empty space on your phone's home screen.
  4. Tap Widgets.
  5. Search for "OneTapConnect."
  6. Select the QR code, then tap Add.
  7. Drag the widget to where you need it on your home screen.
  8. Lift your finger, and you're done.
