How do I manage my subscriptions?

Your orders and subscriptions are accessible from your OneTapConnect account.

To access, review and manage your subscriptions:

1. Login into your OneTapConnect account here.
2. From the "My Account" menu, click on “Subscription”.

On the subscription page, you'll have access to your subscription(s), how many users are within each subscription, the renewal date(s) and enable/disable the automatic renewal as needed.

To make any changes to the number of users associated with a subscription, please contact us.
